Cook-Off Schedule

Tickets are $10 at the door. Proceeds benefit Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation.

Saturday, Aug. 5

11:30 a.m. Opening ceremony

12:00 p.m. Cooking begins

The chefs will have staggered start times. Each chef will have one hour to cook and plate. Dishes will be presented to judges, who will have 15 minutes to hear each chef’s presentation and critique the dish.

3:30 p.m. Cooking ends

3:45 p.m. Judging ends

3:50-4:20 p.m. Entertainment during judge tabluation

4:30 p.m. Closing ceremony

4:45 p.m. America's Best Seafood Chef crowned

Admission is free to those attending the Louisiana Restaurant Association Show. General public can purchase tickets at the door for $10. Proceeds benefit the Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
